We host a variety of events, from wedding receptions, graduation celebrations, family reunions, anniversaries, teas, and parties for those in Brooks and the County of Newell. Our spacious grounds and elegant rooms provide the perfect setting for a small to medium sized gathering, with plenty of space indoors and even more outside. We can seat up to 200 people at tables comfortably.
When you book our facility, you have access to the reception hall indoors, a large foyer, and the beautiful grounds, which include an open field with mature trees, landscaped yard, gazebo, outdoor seating, waterfall, and more. The quiet facilities give you both privacy and room to spare.

Base Facility Booking Price: $300
Included in this price are basic decorations and tableware, such as tablecloths and dishes. Custom decorations (or help with decorating) can be purchased at additional cost.
We also offer catered meals on-site, which can be customized to your specifications.
Half Meal – approx. $10-15/plate
Includes finger foods (appetizers or desserts) and refreshments (coffee/tea/punch)
Full Meal – approx. $20-$25 per plate
Includes Meat – either ham, turkey, or roast beef – choice of potato, 2 vegetables, 2 salads, dinner rolls, dessert, and refreshments (coffee/tea/punch)
