Edward Fabien Langevin

LANGEVIN - Edward Fabien Langevin, beloved husband of the late Elsie Langevin passed away on March 4, 2024, in Brooks, AB.  Eddie was born at the Lac La Biche Mission on October 24, 1935. Ed and Elsie met in Maple Creek, SK and married on April 27, 1955. They moved frequently with the rig and each of their children were born in a different town or city. He is survived by his loving children; Sandra, Ken, Karen (Marvin), Mike, Cheryl, Linda, and Rene; brother Roger (Cathy) Langevin; sister Ida Dannish; sisters-in-law Gladys Kirschenman and Vivian Scherer; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many friends. Ed’s children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren will have a private burial at the Brooks cemetery. A celebration of life will be at the Heritage Inn, Brooks on March 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM for friends and family. Rev John Theiss officiating. A reception luncheon will follow. In memory of Ed, memorial tributes may be made to Brooks EID Legion No. 63.
