September 3, 1969 to October 7, 2019.

Margie passed away on October 7 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital, at the age of 50 years.

Margie was born at the Holy Cross Hospital in Calgary and shortly after her & Novena were adopted by the Flynn family. The Flynn’s took the girls to Norristown, Pennsylvania to raise them. Margie started her own family and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where she raised her daughters and worked as a florist for many years. Margie & Novena reunited with their biological family in 1999 after years of searching. They came to Canada for a huge family reunion and met several of their extended family members and have remained in contact with the family by telephone and periodic visits throughout the last 20 years. Margie will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Margie is survived by her daughters Nicole, Judith and Rebecca Farmer, her four grand children JJ, Johnny, Cameron and Alexis, her adoptive mother Geraldine Flynn, her partner Steven Huhn and her sisters and brothers; Novena Flynn and Mike Flynn, Michael RH, Mildred (Dean) Simeon, Beverly (Wayne) Leather, Gary (Delphine) RH, Richard (Florence) RH, Marcell (Delores) RH, Gina (Lance) Flamand. She is also survived by many extended family member’s Flynn’s, WaterChief’s, PeaceMaker’s, Many Bear’s, RightHand’s, Leather’s, Daniel’s, SpottedOne’s, Spotted Eagle’s, Simeon’s.

She is predeceased by her daughter Shawna May Farmer, her adoptive father Joseph Flynn, her biological parents Georgina Ann Many Bears and Michael Peace Maker, Her brothers Arthur RH, Timothy Spotted One and Gregory Young and her sisters Marilyn RH, Jean Many Heads and Joyce Daniels.

The wake & Funeral services will be held at The Gordon Yellow Fly Memorial Arbour. Dates and times to be announced once finalized.
